JSI, Don't know the answer to your questions. The only place I have seen anything is FreeEdgar--- no releases to newswires that I can find. My guess would be that it won't do much for the stock price when it becomes public. I don't think most investors even know yet. If I've received any notice of the meeting it's in some unopened mail somewhere. Most news looks pretty good (check their website) but the RS could hurt. JP
