Michael, what is the deal here. Now this is not very professional of a man in your position, running a publically traded company, and not answering questions that are directly related to you, and written by your own hand. I as a shareholder of LGCY would like you to answer the questions.
LGCY, and all its filings that need to be done, will they come out any time soon, or as you have stated in other post, your attorney has told you you are up to date. If so where are those filings? Where is the 8K showing you have become a member of LGCY, that you have a new board of directors. Michael, these are simple questions, and disclosure is very important here. Also, where is your disclosure on your bankruptcy, that you filed in 1990, and has it been discharged? These are from your own words Mr. Zwebner, the manor in which you are treating them is not very becoming a director of a public company. Also , one last question, does the company out of Texas with the same name as Video Call know you are using their name? I think I will have to call them today and ask. This should also prove interesting. Also, I am doing some home work on Alexander Walker and I would like to know a few things about how he came to join you and LGCY. He was the former transfer agents president, and now is a director of your company? I will make some calls to Las Vegas today, as I usually do, and maybe I should check and see if he has ever had law suits filed against him or his company, and if he has what we will have to talk about next. |
