Hi Craig, I am trying to get in @ $54-55 and hope i can early next week. Although i must say that i am getting tired of waiting and may just buy anyway. I was wondering if you could answer a few questions i have. How many new drugs does amgen have in R&D right now and what are they to be used for? I love the 2 best sellers that they have now (Neupogen & Epogen), but i seriously hope that they are not betting the farm on this anti-obesity drug. It just sounds too far fetched for me. I'd rather see them working on other serious drugs (i.e. cancers & other diseases.) Maybe you could also comment on if you would consider amgen a buy at it's current price. Also, would you rather have your money in a different biotech company? I am looking for a biotech company to invest in for the very long term and keep coming up with Amgen, but i must admit that Chiron and Biogen caught my eye as well. Any comments. Thanks in advance, Nate P.S. This thread is VERY quiet.
