To all: Has anybody out there heard anything about a buy-out of First Alert? I think there was something said on CNBC by Ron's guest on street signs at about 3:30 in the afternoon last friday, but I missed the entire segment. Please respond if you heard about this. I would also like anybody's opinion regarding this stock in general. Will it rebound from here, or will the company go under? Frank
