Naw, its all understood to be part of the NewPairOfDimes(tm) IPO scam. Underwriter prices at a value they have at least a snowball's chance in hell of justifying so they won't get sued if the stock collapses, then pump the stock like crazy. Insiders are only selling 5 to 10% of the current O/S, and have issued themselves so many 10 cent stock options that 10% dilution to public is peanuts. -ng- And it works! At least for now.
