Hi All,

With the merger of AOL & NSCP, the antitrust case against MSFT is basically dead. Now, MSFT can focus on its internet strategy and become a big player in the e-commerce area. The first goal is to overtake YHOO in viewer. It is easier to compete with YHOO which is basically a content provider. MSFT with NBC is better that providing the content than YHOO. With YHOO gone, then it will be MSFT & NBC compete against AOL/NSCP in the Net world. AOL also derives revenues from ISP, which is different that YHOO. Therefore, MSFT/NBC and AOl/NSCP can probably co-exist.
