Here is a quote from the book TRADERS GUIDE TO TECHNICAL ANALYSIS:

" every time a stock turns over its entire capitalization, it's like a giant spring getting tighter and tighter. When the OBV approaches 100% of capitalization, the spring will snap and the price breakout will be significant. If the stock is in a general uptrend, it will signal a sharp advance."

Sooner or later this baby has got to fly. The major holdback is that this is a Canadian company. A nasdaq listing will help significantly.
