For what it's worth... I am a computer programmer who has purchased a number of books off the Internet. I've used both Amazon and CMPL, and CMPL is by far the better source. They have an excellent selection, and the site is very well laid out. I did not know about the IPO until I saw it in the paper last week, and I did a double take: "Computer Literacy? The ones where I buy my books??" I also like that they are dedicated to computer books, as opposed to Amazon. My endorsement may not mean much, but there it is! Hmm, maybe I should pick up a few shares while the getting is good.
