I have to say I am not surprised on the Internet 200-500% gains we have as of today. With online growth in sites and revenue at
astounding rates and more to follow these prices on AMZN AOL Netscape, ATHM SEEK etc etc, many stock we have rec'd at
much lower prices....... I expected ITEX to follow the lead.

Now with this taking place now and ITEX at best barely rising and not reporting earnings or at best nothing regarding any of it's
recent activities I have to make the following remark....In the best interests of many investors that have followed my reports and
expectations I feel we are missing the boat on the Internet stocks and barter/auction etc industry as the rest shall pass us by.
Something has to be done!

I feel at this point it may all be close to a complete wash and that although ITEX is a speculative buy it may at best be a speculative
hold, this due to the fact that once ITEX reports and tells us shareholders where we stand the chance we had at it's potential as the
markets rally 20% just since the recent correction might have past us by.

Many frustrations are NOT being met and something should have been said by now, I find it rare that any company that does not
report or falls into debate over issues such as we have flourish, most seem to fall by the wayside... 88% of the time.. we shall see. As
someone had pointed out earlier and was said with perfect context---> "As in business,(by: bbonanza) as in investing and as in
life......those rocking the boat usually aren't rowing the boat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For now this is how I feel unless WE ARE reported too! Any report would be helpful, even the SEC should have asked that the
investors are spoken to, but the SEC is unusually on the investors side from what I have learned.
