I guess we have most of the usual, the turkey, squash, corn, mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing, cranberries, some biscuits, a garden salad.

This is the one time of the year I end up making a special fruit salad which my family really loves. I just cut up a lot of different fruits, basically whatever I can find, throw it in a bowl (apples, grapes, some canned cherries, bananas, raisins, some nuts, etc).(Oh and in particular, I love adding those small marshmallows!) I usually add a couple of cans fruit cocktail (drained). But then I mix together some mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip), some whipped cream and a little sugar and add to the fruit mixture. I know it sounds terrible (with the mayonnaise) but it's a definite winner, at least in my house! It's a good idea to put a little orange juice or pineapple juice on top of the fruit to prevent it from browning.

Anyway, that's about it. Along with the usual desserts -- pumpkin and apple pies. I might make a pecan for my husband, that's his favorite!
