Jim, I closed my AMZN short long ago, but did not go long. I still have a small short position in YHOO to my regret. It has taken me a long time to come to the realization that no one expects or even cares if these stocks ever show any earnings. I don't know why they even bother to make financial reports. These are just gamblers games and nothing more. They will continue up so long as more and more gamblers join the games.

Investing in the Internet stocks, long or short, should be treated as a trip to a casino. Don't play with more money than you can walk away from still smiling. This is gambling and anyone who thinks otherwise is in for a bad surprise one day.
