Gould is history, though I wouldn't be surprised to find out that his antics have caused MPTV to incur further debt. Last time we went through the legal records, they (through Allstar) were being sued by Desert Valley Painting for $40,000, there was a terminated employee of Lake Tropicana suing for compensation for a few grand, there was a more recent suit from European Investments (?, can't remember the exact name - I'll have to go look it up again, Vellema said that he was confident they would prevail), not to mention all the legal expenses going towards Gould, Allstar, and the above mentioned cases, not to mention monthly mortgage payments being made out to Kennedy Financial (for the $6.8 million loan). I'm fairly certain that whatever cash-flow they have coming in isn't enough to cover their expenses. Hence the issuance of shares...IMO they should have gone with the bridge loan.
