Zack, I did some posts a short while back based on a visit I had with Pacel President David Calkins. To get some background on what's going on, you might want to read these: Message 6386257 Message 6403186 Message 6419503 The first and second posts indirectly discuss the aspect of Visual Writer competition. It's a revolutionary enough product that there really aren't pure competitors right now. Still, regarding your question, "Can anybody give me any good reason to plunck the change down?" I gotta tell you, I love Pacel, and I've averaged down from .46 to .125, but I do not yet have an explanation for PLRP's chart performance. Since I thought that .125 was rock bottom when I bought there, you can imagine the shock I'm going through these days. The main milestone I'm waiting for is for Pacel to be a fully-reporting company (10Q's, et al) and that should happen by the end of the year. Hope that helps... Chris
