David,

Thanks, I talked to a anaylst at morgan and at dean witter and they
say that the fact that the stock has moved to the nyse and that
the short interest has increased plus the fact that all the recomended
buy's from the major houses are based on acqusitions after that
what will cogi do, its in the printing industry wich is growing at
4% a year. Also this company has a history of missing earnings
expectaions.
