this stock is about the biggest disappointment so far in my portfolio...something is really wrong here....do we have a private placement financial agreement with a floorless conversion???that could be a reason why we obviously are getting so much down pressure...they want to get the price down to get more cheap stock..which could mean a HUGE DILUTION OF THE OUTSTANDING STOCKS...we might have to get ready for a HUGE surprise at the shareholders meeting...my last stock I invested in without being a reporting company...and my last one with a Canadian connection....any comments????
