Marc, They may not get it right all the time, but they are better at it than anyone else. BTW Big Brokerage houses also take short positions in their war rooms. Most of the stock you buy you buy from a short position. That's the way the market works, ask rrman he is a market maker. Also I have found thoes charts at marketgauge to be almost useless, the short position is just posted onec a week. The average they hold a short is from 3/4ths to 1 -1/2 days. Many of them are only held for a few hours. Jim
