Hay Pat, Good to get your post. Weather about just freezing, been spitting snow and rain all day. Should last most of the night also. Yes! I to think URT has a future , it is just taking so long to get off the ground. The thing is, if we hold it ,even for five yr's, then make 1k% we have done well. This kind of thinking keeps me going.
