I think the fact that the Company issues stock to pay their debts is negative for the shareholder. However evidently the Company believes otherwise as this statement from the 9/30/98 10-Q indicates, " ...the Company continues to convert trade debt to common stock to improve the Company's financial position and cash flows." Total shares outstanding as disclosed on the cover page of the 10-Q as of 11/2/98 has increased to 30,704,186. Cash on the balance sheet at 9/30/98 was $17,000. With the balance of the $5 million equity line of credit unavailable at this point it appears conserving cash is their primary effort.
