Can I be blunt -- for the most part external auditors are prostitutes. They do what the Company tells them save some grossly obvious deception. That has been my experience in dealing with them. I hope I haven't slighted your profession. I'm not meaning to give all accountants a bad name or necessarily those that work at a big 6 firm. It's the overall climate, I'm referring to.
