It seems that everyone and their yellow dog thinks Aware's patents will prevail, else they would not have licensed it for use in deploying their respective implementation of G.lite.

I believe that HAL has a defective logic module. It is readily apparent that the flaw prevents him from attaining even a basic understanding of the fundamental story here. And, judging by his poor call on the technical indicators, I seems that his math processor is faulty as well.

I believe his owner should junk him or invoke the Lemon Law and demand a refund.
