The Plus
9.95 a month, it's a good price
You can have one month free for testing (generally their month is good for 2 or 3) but you will need historical data for analyse.
The minus
Many index are not in daily quotes , many are impossible to use, you have the ticker but no name and the ticker is not very significative
Some mistake in daily index 3-4 each day, look at their list
Service is poor, you can send email, they answer when they want.
I was betatester and paid only 25$ for the soft and the historical data, but at 195$ I will think twice.
I use only the stockwiz database and export around 1000 stocks everyday to metastock, the operation is fast and as I use stockwiz only for the database there is no problems, except sometimes with the splits
I don't follow US stocks, so I can't speak for them, I just keep the database up for later.
I follow only Canadian stock, and believe me you're better to choose well your supplier because you will marry him
Take an example Air Canada symbol is AC
Stockwiz take Toronto numbers for volume,open and .....and write AC
Reuters separate Toronto and Montreal and says AC=T or AC=M
Dialdata separate also TSE and MSE and write AC.M and AC.T
Some others supplier write something else, one day you will use some historical data and the mess will start, you're better to have some database knowledge to mix all that without problems.
