do we have a private placement financial agreement with a floorless conversion? Why do you keep going with this BS? If you consider this to be the case (and not just showcasing your structured financing skills), call the company and request a balance sheet where debt is disclosed, or ask the company. Until then, please lighten up on the wild speculation and accusations. jmt
