E Some convertible preferred money was raised .....not sure when ( no-one will tell me although it wont be hard to find out, I believe that it was a floor-less convertible of the usual toxic variety. It follows that if a floorless convert was issued by CMTR to investors (Bach & co) then common stock will eventually find its way back to the public float..... At what conversion price ? who can say ........ Why not ask CMTR what they sold Wescott ?
