Is this strategy in the best interest of the shareholder: "The Company's strategy has been to avoid costly selling and marketing expenses, and to concentrate its resources on research and product development, and it is anticipated that the Company's clinical and therapeutic products, if developed, will be distributed through pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies under licensing or joint venture arrangements."
