Steve,
Any idea of the terms regarding conversion of the MS preferred
shares in 1999? Is the price still $41.6/share or is it
higher? I assume the terms are still 30 days. I looked through the
10-Q but not much detail regarding this issue, though a page and half
on the year 2000 issue. Must be their legal department protecting the
company. Thanks for any input.
