now jhildy dear..I told you some time ago that I knew of a delay.... you wished to not question me on what it was.... even janice knew and the delay is very reasonable...however,...being a pushy yank, no delay is ever reasonable to you....you must learn to slow down and enjoy things more...if you don't I fear you will suffer a stroke, and be forced to slow down then.... I fear sloppy bookkeeping on one of the companies was the culprit... and not the lack of desire on EDII's part to get the numbers out to their investors. ...it appears that the accountants couldn't find some of the paper work on one of the acquisitions and were having a devil of a time getting the proper information... this was not anticipated, and played havoc with their original time schedule.
