Dan, I do indeed feel your pain. We all do.
From your profile I see your troubles with Capello and RMTR, Ramtron. Techniclone finished up with Capello a couple of months back. Their 'investment' wound up being the equivalent of a private placement at 50 cents for 30 some million shares. And untold pain and misery. At least we the public own the extra shares. The Capello consortium took their 20% conversion discount and their short profits and booked on out of here.
I see RMTR management has stopped conversion of Capello's convertible preferred. TCLN's management and legal hires didn't think they had the legal right to challenge Capello. They certainly didn't have the chutzpah. There is now a new management team, including a new board, for whatever reason.
About the short interest our out-of-synch days are over, it's normal now - meaning traders and the like. Watch the followers of the RMTR S-3, there is a large and rapacious group which follows S-3's and they are extremely active on the internet, particularly where there is no accountability such as Yahoo!
No Dan, we were not particularly helped by Capello but we survived. And because TCLN survived so have some cancer victims. With the Phase III (nonHodgkins lymphoma) in its' seventh month, the Phase II (glioma) starting and the Phase I's (pancreatic, liver, prostate) in recruitment it shouldn't be too long before the results will speak to the masses. And then there are the three other platforms....
Good luck. Ramtron has a lot of new fans here. |
