A previous letter from shareholders addressed concerns they have about the future of ADVR and your refusal to make any comments whatsoever since your appointment to the job of CEO and Pres of this company. This is highly suspect in light of the fact that you are being paid so "handsomely" by the company, which IS after all a public company. It seems there is no way for anyone to be able to reach you by phone. Where do you hang out anyway? By now you have taken home over $100,000 in paychecks and a like amount it seems in benefits. It would seem you would feel some sort of obligation to speak to your shareholders. My questions were not included in the "other" letter, so let me ask on behalf of some of the shareholders with some "real" questions about some past events.
According to the S1 filing, your study at Mt. Sinai came about due to the postive findings by Dr. Lionel Resnick and Dr. Chinnici. Dr. Resnick does not have a very good reputation in medicine apparently, and he pled guilty to 54 counts of fraud and embezzlement concerning his studies done during the period of time he was making evaluations for ADVR. The results from what was apparently a fraudulent laboratory, Vironics, were used in an attempt to get FDA approval for "R". SInce this has come to light are you in any way suspect of his results and your agreement to pursue a study?
You apparently made some remarks about receiving the Nobel Prize in Medicine for your work, for the last 5 years on "R", when did you actually begin looking at "R"?
Most people on the Investors Network bulletin boards were aware of the fact that you were leaving Mt Sinai to go to ADVR as early as May 1996, when was MT Sinai first informed of this?
MT Sinai was paid by ADVR for the study, was that for use of their facility only or were they in fact endorsing the study? Did Mt Sinai in fact endorse this study?
If you in fact did the work, FOR Mt Sinai, were they aware of your payments by ADVR. It is reported that you were paid 1,000,000 shares in 1995 and you sold those shares, prior to the release of your report. Why did you sell your shares?
While employed by MT Sinai you apparently carved out a lucrative contract with ADVR, under which you receive $325,000 a year, plus major benefits and 16,000,000 shares of stock, was MT Sinai made aware of this? Did you feel that all the money you were taking from ADVR would make "mainsteam" researchers question your results?
It is noted in the S1 that you assigned 1 million shares to Richard J. Rubin, the companies corporate counsel and former SEC attorney. It was stated he gave you counsel, would that not be a conflict of interest on his part?
According to the NY BAR and the SEC, his claims are false, he was disbarred in 1995 and never worked for the SEC, according to their personnel office. Did he make you aware of these facts?
The "secret" Barbados studies, we are to conclude are ongoing. Are you directing these studies or are they being done as all the rest of the studies have been, under the direction of the "distributors" ?
Can you tell us something, anything ? about who Dr. Timothy Roach MD and Paul Levett PHD are? What time frame is there for finishing these studies and will the results be non public until they "publish" them as yours were?
Who were the "peers" who reviewed your study for the Journal of Investigative Medicine? Can you give us the names of your reviewers?
Several names of other Drs have surfaced on these boards, can you tell us if you have a working relationship with any of these people and if so, in what capacity?
Dr. Angelo Chinnici, conducted a rather loose study in Santo Domingo, Dr.Anthony Mangia, endorser and critic of Santo D. study, Dr. P. Non Diosdado, Jr. MD, FCAP, Dr. who declared a patient cured of Hep C, after using "R",Dr. Maria Hernandez, Mt Sinai of Miami, Dr. Lionel Resnick, Dr. Gallo, who claimed to have discovered the HIV virus, but was later discredited for his claims, Dr. Matthew Cohen, Dr. Morriset, the Canadian Dr. who was conducting a study on "R" until he found all his work was being tampered with, according to a post on this board.
What important findings, if any, were made at Mt Sinai, during the 22 years you were their head of Infectious Disease dept?
The rumor is you are building a new facility in Westchester county, NY, how is this facility going to be used ? It was rumored it would be an AIDS clinic, could you explain how "R'" could legally be administered, since the FDA has not approved it and halted human studies, that were started in Miami by the company?
Realizing this is purely hearsay on the part of people who have claimed to have conversations with you, they reported you said "R" will cure herpes and other viral diseases, are those your claims or do we have some "mispeakers"?
What is your association with Elliot Bauer and Leonard Cohen, can you explain why both Cohen and Bauer and Deborah Silver were paid by the company for obtaining your services? Why did you pay Deborah Silver pay Ms Silver an additional 100,000 shares? Can you explain her role in being paid by both you and the company? This information has been hard to come by, is she related to Louis Silver, the board member?
What make, model and color car did you select, the shareholders are curious I'm sure.
Realistically, what chance is there that "R" will ever get FDA approval, the normal time frame is 3 years, the avg cost is $12,000,000, how will these monies be raised?
