And who, might we ask, is the Association for Competitive Technology, John? It couldn't possibly be one of these Microsoft front things could it? Just about anybody can put out a story on PR Newswire. So, they sum up your point of view. Cool, but not exactly news.

Then, there's the other issue that this acquisition, like all such acquisitions, is itself subject to antitrust review.
