by rights, HP ought to get some dispensation for the pain they have suffered at Intel's hands because of the Merced slip, but that isn't the way it works - Intel will determine allocation based on contract requirements and volume. Likewise with IBM, who has less volume than HP. CPQ or Dell. I don't know much about MUEI.
