HCM and SAF,

As much as I would like to see POS and Harrah's pay for this mess what can the shareholders actually do?

Those floorless securities which ruined this company are totally legal because the goddammed SEC allows them to be issued. I understand floorless securities are illegal in Canada but not in the States.

The way the stock is trading indicates to me that someone is taking more than a passing interest in this company. Whether current shareholders will benefit, only God knows and I am told even he shorted this stock.

edit, those scumbags were unable to file their 10Q so we are unable to see how much stock was issued and to whom. This ommission in my opinion is a crime and legal action and regulatory action should be based on this.
