David: If vinod doesn't reply, here's an answer to your question. I bought 1000 NSCP over a year-and-a-half ago @ $41. Where is my return on equity? I've managed to make a few bucks trading it along the way, but my core holding remained the same. If given the chance, I'll vote against this buyout. And just yesterday the future of my portfolio seemed so bright. I guess buy-and-hold doesn't apply here. Regards, mr.bill
