FWIW: I am troubled by hte fact that on a day like today, wcii and artt and gstx are floundering. So many others are back to 52 week highs, guys like gstx, artt, remain at less than 50% of their highs, trending clearly downward. ICGX was up 10% today, but the trend is downward. Others are not (yet) retreating. Hmmmm.
