Hi S/D Man,

I think the shareholder meeting must have been put off indefinatly. or until CODD comes up with some good news. With Grupo owning 50+% of the stock, they can vote any change in meetings, etc. when they wish....so they did when the last meeting was to be held.

I agree they have a good product, especially with the Las Vegas reference site. CODD doesn't seem to be capitalizing on this however.
