Doug,

Finally received information on IVS, the investment summary they sent us is impressive, however the financial statements say a different story. If we were to make an assesment as regards to the FS, the company would be or is bankrupt. I do understand that the company is in a research in development stage, but were will they get the money to produce their products ? Do you know if they plan to issue more stock ?
If you more detailed information, or know someone inside the company please let me know.
