Mark:
You make an interesteing point regarding the number of shares outstanding. Keep in mind, The Court has issued an injunction against any transfer of the shares ( at least 1,050,000) pending resolution of the lawsuit.

If this lawsuit has not yet been settled, one of two things may still occur.
1. Pacel wins the suit and is given back the shares of stock. This will help us out because the shares will be removed from the float.
2. If pacel loses, the current defendants will have at least 1,050,000 shares of PLRP. They will no doubt try to dump these, on the open market, at some point.

Its rather obvious that the outcome of this lawsuit will have a dramatic impact on current shareholders. Assuming that the matter is still in the courts. We'll know more after Tuesday's meeting.
