Hi Brian,

I was just reading the annual report and also looked at one of the presentations. I didn't pay too much attention before to gross revenue figure of $100M for Mizek mine.

On the first page of the report I could read "The low operating costs at Mizek will ensure that this project is one of the few new gold mines to be developed during this time of depressed commodity prices"

That 100M gross revenue is like 331 per ounce for 302K oz. Is this a suggestion when actually Mizek will be put in production? At today's
price the gross revenue would be 89M. I don't know about mine financings and accounting issues. Would anybody care comment on return from Mizek at today's prices, let say if financing was obtained?
