Maybe I'm paranoid but when I read "an undisclosed amount", that is potentially something other than "the entire amount" so unless and until I hear/see otherwise I feel it is unclear whether PKC still owes Mikel the Loan Shark any $$$.

Hopefully PKC will put out its own release tomorrow to clear all this up. I wonder why they didn't put anything out today.

Yes, it will be interesting to see what PKC does with this nugget. They can borrow on margin and start developing their Escondido prospect now.
