Steve, do you mean that if we could postulate three statements, to follow, that Emile would still have the conclusion he seems to insist on? Agreed: 1) I practice random kindness and senseless acts of beauty. (A wall poster in the school where I work.) 2) I do not litter - even on empty sidewalks after dark. 3) I cannot conceptualize a 'personal God.' Question: Will this personal God, missing only his acknowledgment, condemn me to eternal pain and suffering - for having not seen Him?
