For Netscape users, here's how to set frequency of mail retrieval:

Edit->Preferences->Mail & Groups->Mail Server->[More Options] Button

Put a Check Mark in the little box and fill in a number where it says "Check for mail every __ minutes."

========================

For what it's worth, a friend of mine (not SA related) has @Home.

Sometimes his mail is delayed for as long as two days. The problem is not within @Home. The delay is a result of how long the mail takes to arrive at @Home servers from the outside world.

Makes me wonder whether they are being screwed with for competitive reason....
