Let's see now. Aurum goes public a few months ago. Aurum executives get large numbers of low-priced options. Aurum executives exercise said options so they can make some money. Gullible public says "Ooooh, we guess that business is not bad at all." Skeptical Shege says "Hoooey. In a similar situation I'd be purchasing my options now so I could avoid short-term gains." Shege further asks "Can you refute this by showing these were open market purchases, or that the options were priced higher than today's FMV?" Gullible public suitably humbled. Hopefully silenced.
