Well Liz why is barrick and placer getting toured around NFLD if there is no gold there. I will remine your of hope brook 1 000 000 Oz plus. What is newmont mining on the baie verte area yes indeed GOLD. There is a lot of more going on in NFLD than you know. In fact barrick or placer not sure on all the details yet but they just bought a property for 1 000 000 cash also another company paid 500 000 cash for another gold prospect. So things are looking up. Noranda was looking for base metals not Gold because the area 20km east had two copper mines in the 1920s. I think it is a go and the deal with Mcwatters is good seeing they are good at mining low tonnage with high grade. Steve
