Winning the Golden Nugget case sure is welcome news! It's too late to affect this quarter's results but next quarter it sure will be nice not to be having these legal expenses. I'm assuming neog didn't get awarded any signficant damages or they would have said? Does anyone know if it is standard procedure to be awarded court costs when you win a case like this? It would be nice to get that $500 grand back, although, I am satisfied to just be done with it.
