Jim, The block for 250k was a sell in last 15' by Brooklyn Capital and drove the bid down to .75. Difficult to know if this was the last of many for the day for them. You don't dump 250k near close unless you're at end of inventory or need to keep price down in am for hope of some short covering early. If there was a lot of money and talent needed for the OEM business and you could farm out your products and sales distribution via a strategic alliance with Voice-It, I could see why Woody would become full-time again to aid in and oversee much of the development work that will be needed with Sanyo, Lanier, and I'm certain, eventually others such as Philips, Olympus, and Dictaphone. Before any merger agreements progress more, I believe we'll see more OEM agreements announced which will enhance valuation of NCI prior to real serious negotiations for terms of merger, if any. I hope we'll continue to see NCI in the spotlight over the near term in a way in which knowledge of what we're doing and sponsorship will launch the stock into a momentum phase.
