Do you have Paint Shop Pro or MS Paint? If you have PSP just load the pic then go to colors tab and make sure you have 16 million colors highlited then click on image tab and hit resample then put in your size in pixels or inches. After you do that save it then go to this site webreference.com and you can get the KB size reduced which is the real deal. Its free. If you have MS Paint let me know and I will check it out tomorrow, it comes with most pc's but i haven't used it.
