I do not like the idea of "guarantee revenues" but prefer a royalty payment (percent of revenues) scheme. Maybe a compromise can be obtained where a minimum payment (or guarantee) is made to AOL for the next three years with unlimited software downloads for SUNW of JAVA , JINI and SLOARIS software through the portal.

I really wonder how much the Netscape enterprise software is worth considering SUNW just bought that other enterprise server company some month's back.
