Joe, I probably missed something, but what legitimate point was raised about the audit. It is overdue. It is late.
From where I sit, as a shareholder, I've had to do the best I could to determine if this is because of some under-handed, unscrupulous maneuvering by Franklin or if the arrangement that Frank made last year has now come back to "irritate" him?
In my opinion a lot of folks seem to think that it is the former rather than the latter.
It's time for a few people to fish or cut bait. If you don't like the fact that the audit has not surfaced keep it to yourself or sell. I am not trying to say I'm right about anything, but I've had enough speculation about the audit. I've contributed to the problem also, if you check my posts. It's real money and I understand the concern, but I really think it has become a little overblown. The audit is late, period.
I've made a decision that there is nothing fishy here. I ain't selling nothing. I see all the dot.com's on every TV commercial. I talk to my friends and colleagues who tell me they need a Web Page. I saw FNET's $90 charge for 6 months of unlimited service on my Visa. I know stuff can happen and the ball can bounce either way, but I really believe that some people are putting a microscope to a lot of minutiae that will soon be forgotten. We are witnessing a profound revolution in the way people communicate and do business. I like everything I have seen, and I think Franklin Telecom will be a player, perhaps a major one. It seems they are working diligently and honestly to become that.
