Hi Clint,

Netcenter is very new but if we can get another quarter report it will show where they are headed. In the most recent reported quarter;

YHOO NSCP
Rev. 53M 31M
Op. Exp 31M 32M

So, the above figure does indeed show a pretty good progress in terms of revenue. They seem to be spending as much as YHOO in terms of operating expenses. Actually netcenter is developing very fast... I guess if one has money to throw it should not be difficult to implement a successful portal and then extend the site for e-commerce.

I am not sure about the membership .. vaguely remember having seen some PR stating it about 14Mil. No clue about page hit. NSCP was really pushing netcenter concept lately. I am really surprised that they are even considering merging with AOL. If they sell out for 4 bil, shareholders are really getting a shaft here considering the valuations assigned to other internet companies.

Today is the first day of -ve MF from INTC after a long time!

Later,

Suresh
