I'd recommend that anyone concerned about the float get some historical charts of EXX/A and /B from when the Power Rangers were out. Their volume was basically zero for a long time before the mass investing public (retail investors) caught on. And yes, that's mostly who is going to run KIDE up, although I saw the footprints of a stealthy big buyer today. Whoever was laboriously assembling $15-$40,000 chunks was not likely your basic individual investor. Check the activity between 1:49 and 1:54 PM (5 minutes, 15 bid-ask changes and 18 prints). After all that work, it looks like the true (non-duplicated) volume for the period was only about 8,000 shares. Then in the last 43 minutes of trading, more big blocks, with some duplicative (actually overlapping) prints.

Bottom line? I think that a big buyer or two, maybe a small-cap fund, may have been very carefully and skillfully accumulating positions in KIDE over the last week, while making sure it the price stayed under 11.
