Hard to believe that TRF is up so strongly two days in a row. Recently read an article which said they were 70% in cash. Now, if they want to keep up with the market, they'll have to pile in. Disappointed that LUKOY hasn't run the last two days the way some of the others have. Maybe because its not on the New York exchange.
Checked with Morgan Stanley the other day about buying Gazprom. Was told they didn't like it. Suggested LUKOY instead.
